If you are looking to add automated security or upgrade your existing system. CRScan can link up with any access hardware you have on site (turnstiles, lift arm gates, etc.) or we can implement an all-new system for you.
CRScan is rules-based access control which means every day when a worker enters, each of their credentials will be checked instead of only looking for access rights. For example, if their safety training has expired, the right personnel will be notified immediately, and they can have updated training prior to entering the facility.
No matter what criteria your facility requires, CRScan can be set up to work with any rules:
Drug Testing, Facility Orientation, Safety Training, Parking Pass, Health Screen, etc.
Contractor Gate(s)
Since CRScan is optimized to work separately from any existing program, it is a great way to manage contractors entering your facility without interfering with your existing employee access control.
Just like for full site access control, CRScan will check that all entry rules and criteria are met before allowing a contractor to enter the facility. For example, if the contractor has not yet had their orientation for the facility for the current year, the right personnel will be notified immediately and they can have updated training prior to entering the facility.

CRScan offers reporting so your safety team can proactively get workers’ credentials updated before the old credential expires.
Notifications for Security Personnel
CRScan offers text and email alerts for security or safety personnel to warn them when someone is trying to enter the facility without the proper credentials. We will also notify the appropriate personnel of any Entry scans that are missing a matching Exit scan, possibly indicating an attempt to get around security.
Audit Reports by Group
Whether used for the full site or only contractor gates, CRScan has audit reports to track worker time by their employer, department, or any other report group so that costs can be checked against actual time.
